CloudDialer didn't start as a product. It started as a frustration — software that did everything on paper and nothing in practice. So we built the suite we wished we'd had.
Why CloudDialer exists
For nine years I designed, imported and distributed personal protection equipment for the construction industry — and for much of that, I sold it over the phone. The software we ran on could do everything on paper. In practice it didn't fit: it forced our sales floor into a workflow that wasn't ours, and it cost far more than we got back.
Telemarketing is so much more than booking meetings, fundraising and hard-pitch sales — but the tools are built for those few plays and little else. We trialed seven of them. Not one clicked. So in 2021 I sat down with a team of very dedicated developers and started building CloudDialer.
